I use a loofah, shower once a day (including my hair), and only use a different soap for my face. I get a lot of compliments because I smell good and have nice hair 🤷🏻♀️

yeah I definitely used to fall into this trap a lot and like literally I was just like this is too much. I literally need a the minimum like I use the same soap for my body and hair. I use the Dove unscented, I have two shampoos, one that clarifies one that is more nourishing and then a conditioner and a hair mask and then I use like a body scrub or exfoliating gloves once a week. that's really it
