Tanya: "Gue keliatan gimana pas lagi kesel?" atau "Apa 1 hal yang bikin orang males ngobrol sama gue?". Dengerin tanpa debat. Kalau sakit, berarti ada benernya. Kamu gak bakal bisa sadar diri kalau cuma dengerin suara di kepala sendiri. . 3. Perhatiin reaksi tubuh kamu Sadar diri gak cuma di kepala.
