The way Hagoromo maintains his power has to make him the most sus otsutsuki we have been introduced to. He died and somehow still had enough power to survive 1000 years as a spirit and still be able to pass on pure 6 paths level power to both sasuke and Naruto in the 4th war with no difficulty. Even more suspicious is his connection to the pure land since we have seen he can bring back powerful shinobi like the kage of each of the ninja villages in soul forms and have them cooperate with him to launch 6 paths jutsu to summon Naruto and the others back from kaguya’s dimension after sealing her.
