You need to cover your windows, those thermal reflective blankets are great, they reflective the sun away and help keep the cool in. Also freeze big bowls of water, plastic water bottles etc and put them on a towel in front of your fans.

freeze water bottles & put the bottles in a wash up basin with water for your feet. if your feet are cool the rest of you will feel cooler.

At this point, if there’s no cool breeze don’t bother with keeping windows or doors open. You’re just letting the cooler air out.

I know it’s an old vid but it just popped up on my fyp and it made me think: the adhd meds can/will also make you run hotter/sweat more. I have to remember to force myself to drink more water than usual evn when not thirsty
