Yogurt Covered Craisins! 😍   Ingredients 2 cups Ocean Spray Craisins  1 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp unflavoured gelatin (substitute with agar agar for vegan option) ¼ cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp honey pinch of salt 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar Method 1. In a small bowl combine water and vanilla; stir in gelatin, set aside. 2. In another small bowl stir together yogurt, honey and salt. Microwave on high for 5 second intervals until yogurt is thinned. Be careful not to overheat. 3. Combine the gelatin mixture into the yogurt mixture and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour this mixture into a mixing bowl. 4. Gently whisk in the powdered sugar until mixture is a pourable frosting like consistency. 5. In a separatee medium bowl add the cranberries and dust with 1 tablespoon  of powdered sugar. Pour approximately half of the yogurt mixture over the   cranberries. Stir until the cranberries are fully coated. 6. On a parchment lined baking sheet drop cranberries by the spoonful onto the baking sheet, separately them as much as possible with a spoon or fork. 7. Let the coated cranberries sit, uncovered until they are dry, approximately 30  minutes. 8. Transfer the cranberries back to the bowl of yogurt mixture (this is giving the cranberries a second coat) and drop them back onto the baking sheet. 9.
