@nikittalouise1: Houmous plate season is officially here & I am back to bring you a different version every single week until Summer is over! So first up we have this antipasti one loaded with tomatoes, olives, roasted peppers, chickpeas, mozzarella, salami & crispy prosciutto then topped off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze & olive oil 😍 I had it with some toasted sourdough on the side but you can also have flatbread or pitta bread. To make one houmous plate you will need: 2 tbsp houmous 2 tbsp chickpeas 1 salad tomato sliced 2 roasted red peppers roughly chopped, I used @peppadewuk 6 olives sliced 2 slices prosciutto 3 slices salami 8 mozzarella pearls halved Balsamic glaze Olive oil To a pan add the prosciutto & cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan then roughly chopped.
