Jungkook and jeongguk is the same thing and same pronouciation lol, just different romanisation. In korea the letters g is pronounced g/k in between so both are correct

actually both are correct. Korean has two different alphabet, the one army use to spell his name is the easier alphabet and the one he uses for official documents is the official Korean alphabet.
