Why it works: ✅ Each business carries its own risk — one falling can’t drag down the rest ✅ Profits flow up to the holdco free of the 20% dividends tax (SA company to SA company) ✅ That builds a war chest to fund the next venture — without the cash touching my personal account ✅ The trust at the top means asset protection + no estate duty one day But it’s not for everyone.
