Recipe for 2: 130g dry rigatoni 280g chicken breast 40g Greek yoghurt 1/2 red onion 1/4 cucumber Rocket Baby tomatoes 35g pesto 5g Parmesan Salt Pepper Paprika 524 calories / 43g protein / 16g fat / 51g carbs • put the pasta on to boil • butterfly the chicken, season with salt, pepper & paprika and air fry for 14 minutes • dice the salad • when the pasta is cooked, run under cold water and add to a bowl • add the diced salad, rocket, Greek yogurt & pesto.
