Your prefrontal cortex can create a full chemical response in your body off of thought alone. But that same mechanism works in reverse🥳 I’ve used this almost daily for the last year and a half — feeling what it would be like to run a full-time spiritual business with a booked calendar, making real impact. Not visualizing it. FEELING it, on purpose, in my body. And now that it’s actually here, I’m more grounded in this identity than I expected, because my body already knew this feeling before the circumstances did. You can do the same thing on purpose. Choose the chemical state of where you want to be — gratitude, love, peace — and create it deliberately, instead of defaulting to whatever’s familiar. you don’t have to know exactly what your future looks like. You just have to know how it would feel. Because of your dream life showed up tomorrow. I’m pretty sure you would feel joy and grateful… you don’t feel more income. You feel freedom.
