the way armin describes the moment is just so beautiful. it shows how deeply he loves his friends, how they changed his life. "The wind was slightly warm that day." is such a small but significant line and it beautifully sets the scene, like a nostalgic memory that's followed up with 'it feels like yesterday.' during a time where the world could end he chose to think of his friends and just reminisce on a time where all they wanted to do was race on that hill.
