Many countries in Baltia and north Europe knows 1200x1000 as fin-pallet. Originally Finnish railway company use it.

euro pallets are always heat treated, and in a return system, like bottles. there's also half pallets, but rest is industrial pallets, usually one time use, and not always heat treated. you can't rly ship internationally, without heat treated packing materials
