@itzwitax: You guys keep asking for the ab routine. Keep in mind abs are mainly genetics, being skinny, diet and a lot of cardio. I got good ab genetics and I been skinny my whole life but that dosent mean you can’t develop them and tone them. You have to do core at LEAST 3 times a week. I do it everyday! In between every set of every workout I’ll do some core. If I don’t do core throughout the workout I make sure to do that workout at the end. Good luck hope you enjoy #xyzbca #fypシ #az #gym #workout
