Replying to @October 28 One thing that genuinely improved my curly wig results over time was understanding that different curl patterns require different handling. Meanwhile, Pixie Curly, Burmese Curly, and Loose Deep Wave all behave VERY differently once water, products, and styling techniques come into play.  For example: ✨ Pixie Curly usually has tighter and more defined curls, so over-separating or overworking it can quickly make the hair look too bulky, rough, or frizzy. ✨ Burmese Curly is softer and naturally clumps together more easily, so the goal is usually to maintain that soft, uniform flow without over-manipulating the curls. ✨ Then Loose Deep Wave is a completely different texture entirely because the pattern is looser and more flexible during styling 😭💜 That’s why I styled the Loose Deep Wave bundle in TWO different ways: ✨ one side more bold and defined ✨ the other side softer and more separated And honestly, one thing I’ve noticed over time is that the more separated deep wave technique usually lasts longer before getting frizzy 😅 Because the curls are not heavily clumped together, there’s less friction and less chance of the curls swelling up too fast. Meanwhile, the bolder, defined side may need more maintenance to keep that super-defined look longer 👀 But overall, styling longevity still depends heavily on the QUALITY of the hair itself. Because no matter how good the technique is… low-quality hair will still struggle with longevity eventually 😄💔 And that’s exactly why understanding texture behavior matters so much in wig revamping and styling. Even in this video, all 3 bundles were styled using: ✨ the same brush ✨ the same products ✨ and almost the same prep process The major difference was TECHNIQUE 💜 And honestly, that’s something a lot of stylists don’t realize early enough. Sometimes the difference between an average result and a luxury clean finish is not just “more products” or the tools used… It’s understanding what each texture actually needs 😶💜 That’s one of the major things I’ll be breaking down inside my Wig Revamp & Styling Mastery Course 💜 If you’d like to properly understand curly texture handling, proper finishing techniques, and how to achieve cleaner, consistent wig results… click the link 🔗 in my bio to register ✨
