OHMYGOODNESS, I’m in Belgium and did the same thing!! We were boiling….It works soo well❤️❤️❤️❤️and put icepacks in your armpits or in your neck at night. Courage ma belle🥰

There is a special UV blocking film you can stick on ur windows, you can get it from amazon. That way you dont have to block the light and live in a cave,

Dude there is anti-uv film from action that works great. Sold in long rolls like wrapping paper- but you can see through it. Claims it is for cars but works great
