OP did not confirm he and his wife would attend. He said he may not attend based on the test. I assume that the test result will determine whether they can attend. Was he uninvited prior to receiving the test results or after receiving the test results and after he confirmed they were attending?

It sounds like they don't like his wife at all because nobody else is saying anything. There's probably some context we're missing but still not being included for things is hurtful. It wasn't just the birthday or graduation. It's just small stuff too. I don't know but I'd say it's fine not going and sending a card or maybe calling your nephew at least. So, he doesn't feel like you don't care. The issue as sounds like it's between sisters and brother.
