@cal.calamia: 💿❤️‍🔥 Mental Athletic issue 5 reveal!!! 🤩📖 I remember the exact moment when this idea emerged. I was having a conversation with my manager on a flight about the world we’re living in and what I think we can do about it, including how writing has always been a huge part of who I am. We jotted down some thoughts and before we knew it, we were making plans with the magazine for a cover and cover story. And now, boom, fresh book smell in my hands. I’m really really proud. For those of you in Tahoe, come by our panel tomorrow with Tommie and Rachel. It’ll feature an excerpt and discussion about movement as autonomy. 2:10pm at the Broken Arrow stage. This issue represents a meaningful pivot toward slowing down and capturing the essence of my being and the spaces I inhabit, as well as many of my hopes and dreams for where we go from here.
