Roger Williams is the founder of RI. Left the Massachusetts colony for religious freedom. If you get a chance to go to Prospect Park ( east side/downtown, close to Brown University), there’s a huge statue of him under which his remains are buried. The sunset and view of the city is immaculate from there.

We love the temple of music! Many cultural festivals, concerts and events are held there. People use it for photoshoots for weddings, graduations etc. On the weekends people picnic around the hill. Roger Williams Park is beloved in Providence 💕
