I had the same exact xray I swear, but eventually I had to get knee replacement a year later...it took 4 years to feel normal but in happy now , strengh is better then ever , no more pain or worries👍

What about shoulder, I postponed my surgery replacement . I’m looking for alternatives. I still golf and have 70% mobility. I have MRI and X Rays .

In the end, you’re still going to need a knee replacement totally what’s it gonna buy in three years it’s not covered by insurance. You have to pay out-of-pocket knee replacement is mostly covered.
