Pulled over before the sun got too high and walked out to the water. Yes, I was working. No, I do not care. The rides will still be there in ten minutes. Same thing every time — salt in the air, waves doing their thing, sand under my feet. Something about it resets me. Cheaper than therapy and the parking is free if you know where to look. Then I spot it. Big patch roped off. Stakes in the sand, pink tape, official sign. First thought: crime scene. Second thought: HOA. Turns out it was better than both — sea turtle nest. There are people out here who walk this beach every morning hunting for these. They find one, they stake it off so nobody stomps it. Sign warns of fines and imprisonment. Somebody could go to jail over a hole in the sand, and I love that for us. But sit with what that actually is. Somebody's whole job is protecting something that has not hatched yet. Something that will crawl to the ocean in the dark and swim off and never know their name. They will never see it grow up. They guard it anyway. That is the part that got me in the chest. Most of what I am building has not hatched either. Nobody sees it. There is no crowd out here clapping while I stack the days. You just drive your stakes in around the thing you believe in and you stand watch until it is ready. So whatever you have got buried in the sand right now — the plan, the comeback, the version of you nobody has met yet — guard it. Even when it looks like an empty patch of nothing to everybody else. Then I got back in the van and went to work, because turtle eggs do not pay the phone bill. Go get your day. These little moments are the whole point. الصلاة عمود الدين، وأركان الإسلام الخمسة، وتعد فرضًا على كل مسلم ومسلمة. أما عن كيفية الصلاة الصحيحة، فيجب الإشارة إلى أن الصلاة بحد ذاتها هي برنامج رياضي صحي للعظام والمفاصل والعضلات، لكن "الصلاة الصحيحة" تتطلب أداءها بخشوع واطمئنان، مع التركيز على استقرار وحسن أداء الأركان كالسجود والركوع. خطوات الصلاة الصحيحة: النية تكون محلها القلب، ولا تحتاج إلى تلفظ. تكبيرة الإحرام: ترفع اليدين بمحاذاة الأذنين وتقول "الله أكبر". القيام: تقرأ الفاتحة ثم ما تيسر من القرآن الكريم. الركوع: تخشع وتردد "سبحان ربي العظيم". الاعتدال من الركوع: تقف مستقيمًا. السجود: يسجد المصلي مرتين في كل ركعة مع الاستناد على المساجد السبعة (الجبهة، باطن الكفين، الركبتين، إبهامي القدمين) وتردد "سبحان ربي الأعلى". الجلوس بين السجدتين: تجلس جلوسًا مستقرًا قبل الانتقال إلى السجدة الثانية. التشهد: تقرأ التشهد في آخر الركعات. فوائد الصلاة الصحيحة: تزيد من الطمأنينة والثقة بالله، وتزيد من الشعور بالسكينة والطمأنينة والثقة بالنفس، وتنهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر، وتمنع الإنسان عن ارتكاب الذنوب والمعاصي. أفضل برنامج رياضي: تعتبر الصلاة برنامجًا رياضيًا ممتازًا لصحة المفاصل والعظام والعضلات. ما هي أهم المعلومات عن الصلاة؟ الجواب: الصلاة عمود الإسلام، وهي أعظم الفرائض وأهمها بعد الشهادتين، ومن تركها فقد كفر – نعوذ بالله من ذلك – يقول النبي ﷺ: "العهد الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاة، فمن تركها فقد كفر"، ويقول أيضًا: "بين الرجل وبين الكفر والشرك ترك الصلاة".
