i have 3 days a week where i get all muscle groups including abs and legs twice a week, day 1 chest/back with 2 for legs at end and abs, day 2 shoulder and arms with 2 for legs at end and day 3 upper body with 3 for legs at end (calves 2x a week and that’s included in the legs so only 4 leg exercises weekly)
