I am often disappointed with the cocktails I order while out. Can’t tell you how many times I can’t get a Negroni because the bar doesn’t stock Campari… Once you’ve had a properly made cocktail, it is the measure you carry with you forever!

I grow my own mint so I can make mojitos. I even make a mint syrup to up the mint flavor. Another option I like, on a hot summer day, is a frozen mojito. Or as I call it a fro-jito.

YES!!! Thank you!!! I hate ordering mojitos out in the wild because I know they will taste more like soda water than mint and lime! When made right, this is my favorite drink! I’ve been making it very similarly to this for years.
