The problem is that you used regular drip coffee grounds and you need espresso beans or fresh ground espresso beans.

I would try and use beans for espresso specifically not for coffee. Espresso is stronger so doesnt get diluted with the milk.

For an iced latte you want to use whole espresso beans. Not coffee grounds ☕️

The coffee you used is for regular drip coffee but the setting you used on the machine is for espresso, you need to have your beans either espresso grind size or use whole beans.

Its the pre ground coffee! When you make a late with pre ground it is not concentrated enough pre ground is best on a coffee setting not late, when you get whole beans the late setting will come out better <3 it took me months you got this!!

You can get Tremont coffee beans and they will ground them for your espresso machine. I always ask them for the kind they use in their espresso.
