I remember that in my teens having 28-30°C for a week was THE heatwave. Now it’s normal temperature for whole of summer and we are supposed to have 37-40°C during the weekend? Good luck to anyone who’s going to Red Bull Ring for formula this weekend!

I was in France (Montpellier) in the epicentre of the heatwave in 2019. They said it was 44°C but the thermometer I had said 52.6°C. We are used to hot summers in NZ but that was unbearable.
