@trikytee: Thunder would fire anyone who says fuel cannot be sold cheaper than the current price in Nigeria. Because fuel marketers are buying Dangote fuel outside of Nigeria, importing it back to Nigeria and selling it to Nigerians, and they are making profits!#endbadgovernanceinnigeria
Don’t mind them suffering and smiling people. They take your natural resources out to refine and bring for us to buy with huge tax God gave us for free and a microscopic few are enjoying it. Shocking the the people are buying it for 1k 4hundred 🙄

When you buy in large volumes, bunkers or ship tankers, you’re naturally going to get better pricing through economies of scale. Importers already have established channels and strategies that help them bring in fuel at the lowest possible cost… So, yes, that's part of the equation.
Also, let's remember that Dangote Refinery is not a state owned refinery, it's a private refinery operating in Nigeria. Like any private business, its objective is to compete effectively and gain market share… That said, I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually dominates the market and pushes many competitors out through pricing, scale, and efficiency.
