I lost my wife 3 months ago 💔 she was everything to me and our son she was the most amazing person in the world and I felt so lucky to be with her. Now I can relate to your words, I have been through so many hard times, but this has broke me my heart is shattered and knowing this is it, not holding her not hearing her and having to be here for our little one all on my own, it hurts everyday is Groundhog Day. I miss her so much 💔💔

I've been I your shoes just remember your not alone it's OK, not to be OK my kids saved my life , now it's great the pain is real but you have to accept pain is pain no getting away from it but it's also a mind set , accept the pain but fight for life you WILL FEEL BETTER, it takes time just get out of bed and plan times with your kids , kick a ball around a field, see there joy of been with you happy , go home lye on your bed and re,live them moments in you mind , get up in the morning and repeat, YOU WILL SURVIVE, X
