@treyjrobertson: I once heard Conan O’Brien say something along the lines of “Being smart is overrated.” I agree with him completely because though I am constantly attempting to carve out my lane of intellectual expertise (law); Hard work and consistency have always been my not so secret weapons to succeeding and persevering in life. Being smart is often confused with the process of “sitting down” and doing a lot of focused, calculated, and consistent hard work.
