Third person attachment I just had an incident today that’s triggered me and triggering like anger and doubt and possibly embarrassment. I guess and I’ve been dealing with it. I labelled it quickly. I felt it I saw it. I never made any outburst no outburst. I hang on myself calmly and professionally. but yeah I’m at the point now where yes it’s showing me something. It’s showing me something that I’ve been suppressing that that needs to be released and dealt with. I understand what’s going on. I’m being shaken turned upside down, emptied out of all the bullshit so that I can move forward I understand that.
