@wcconews: Indígena by Owamni is officially open to the public today, and while reservations are sure to fill up fast, the bar menu is a full performance all its own. The team is pouring cocktails layered with local flavors, bright mocktails, and a lineup of BIPOC‑produced beer, wine, and spirits. And just like every main dish, the bar menu’s Indigenous ingredients shine just as brightly under the lights of the Guthrie. The restaurant is planning a grand opening celebration with the public on July 4th.
