My weight was initially 76.7 kg, and I recently completed a 10-day weight loss challenge, during which I lost 1 kg. I am still following the same routine because my goal is to lose a total of 10 kg.
In the morning, on an empty stomach, I either drink warm water or regular water.
For breakfast, I usually have two boiled eggs with one cup of tea sweetened with a small amount of brown sugar. On some days, I eat one boiled egg with two slices of bread, or sometimes one slice of multigrain bread.
I usually do not have a morning snack, but if I do, I eat one peach.
For lunch, I have one medium-sized chapati, a small portion of salan and two cucumbers.
In the evening, I have one cup of tea.
For dinner, I again eat one medium-sized chapati, a small portion of curry, along with cucumber and yogurt.
In addition to my diet, I walk for about 50 minutes every day.
By following this routine, I managed to lose 1 kg in 10 days. Before this, my weight had been stuck at 75 kg for quite some time. During Eid, it increased to 76.7 kg, but today, after completing the 10-day challenge, I checked my weight and it is 75.5 kg.
Could you please review my diet plan and let me know if I am on the right track? I would also appreciate your suggestions on what improvements I should make to help me lose the remaining 10 kg in a healthy and sustainable way.
