I weighed a lot and started lifting a lot heavier. Then added cardio and a calorie deficit and it’s the best I’ve ever looked at 40 yo.

And everyone should give themselves a little bit of grace every now and then because the superlean shredded bodies, you see online typically only look like that first thing in the morning and fluctuate throughout the day. But at the same time does not mean it’s not attainable so stay motivated!!! 👏
