@otti_ldn: shaking the table analogy 🏡 courtesy of my dad 💛 When we go through hard times, it’s a very human response to project our anxiety outward - sometimes testing, questioning, or emotionally “shaking” the people closest to us out of fear that they might leave. (This isn’t referring to or excusing any kind of abuse/control, that is never ok!) It’s (hopefully) a reminder to recognise that behaviour in ourselves, and realise when we need to step away from the table and get some support.
