@corneliuskistler: Docking a yacht in Monaco is a game of inches, not luck. Captains use wing stations, control points built into either side of the hull, to lean out and see the full length of the vessel as it moves into a berth. That vantage point is what makes it possible to judge distance to a neighbouring hull or the stern with precision, even when fenders are the only margin for error. Watch the Riva 130 Lady First ease into her mooring in Monaco. The gap here is generous, in Porto Cervo at the height of the season, that same manoeuvre happens with boats pressed close enough that there's barely room to wiggle in. Precision, every time. That's the standard. #Yachting #Monaco #RivaYachts #SuperyachtDocking #YachtCrew
