@awarejess: meet the evil cousin: Endosalpingiosis 👹 There is such little info out there surrounding Endosalpingiosis and unfortunately far more misunderstanding and misinformation. When I was diagnosed, they had to google it in front of me to make sure they were spelling it right and immediately told me NOT to look it up because all that would come up was the links to cancer… But the longer I’ve been on this journey the more I’ve learned, they absolutely are not the same. And that just because one provider doesn’t understand something doesn’t mean it should just be ignored or downplayed. Endosalpingiosis is a real condition that causes real issues, not just an “incidental finding” If you’re suffering, consider learning more about Endosalpingiosis & Endometriosis and potentially exploring them with your providers.
