I’m 7 weeks post op from an Achilles tendon relaxing, bone shaving, debreifment and a graft, and I think the worst part about this is that we have to learn to re-trust are body’s and understand that it’s okay to be a little broken, but understand that we’ll heal sooner rather than later

My 7 year old broke his foot over summer and he saw a dr Wednesday and they said he needs ORIF surgery 😑 he broke a growth plate in his foot. He’s been in a boot for over a month. It’s not healing right.

Oh girl you’re STRONG I can’t carry myself on crutches I walk on my heels and try to help it with crutches I broke my toe and it HURTS so I hope your feeling ok
