I saw a post like this and didn’t say anything but it happened again this morning so I’m going to say it. My clocks at home are getting farther and farther from the time on my phone. I’ve changed these clocks several times to match my phone. This morning, I looked at the time in my kitchen, then at my phone. Within a week, my phone has added 2 minutes

It’s aging. Less novel experiences means less novel memories. The less new memories = less new “checkpoints” which is what actually slows down time.
