The uncomfortable truth is that the biggest battle is not between South Africans and other Africans***it is between dependency and productivity. When many Africans migrate, they often arrive with one goal: survive. They are willing to start from the bottom, sell on the streets, work long hours, learn new skills, and build businesses from almost nothing. They cannot afford to wait. Many South Africans, however, have grown up in a system where government support plays a significant role in people's lives. Social grants provide important help to millions of vulnerable families, but they cannot replace an economy that creates opportunities or an education system that encourages entrepreneurship. When people are taught mainly to look for jobs instead of creating them, frustration grows when jobs are scarce. The result is a dangerous cycle. Instead of asking why there are not enough opportunities, people begin blaming those who are working. But no one can "take" a job that someone never applied for. The real question is: Why aren't there enough jobs, businesses, and skills for everyone? The long-term solution is not to fight fellow Africans. It is to build an education system that rewards innovation, supports entrepreneurship, equips young people with practical skills, and creates an environment where businesses can grow. When opportunities increase, the competition that fuels resentment begins to fade. The real enemy is not another African trying to earn a living. The real enemy is a system that leaves millions without opportunity and then encourages them to blame one another instead of demanding better leadership and better economic policies. #Accountability #OneAfrica #SouthAfrica #Africa
