@postureguy: If you’ve been trying to fix your posture with bands, neck exercises, or by forcing your shoulders back—but nothing seems to change—this may be why. Your posture doesn’t start at your shoulders. It starts at the foundation: your hips and pelvis. When the pelvis becomes tilted, rotated, or elevated unevenly, the spine compensates. Over time, those compensations can contribute to rounded shoulders, forward head posture, and a slouched upper back. That’s why addressing the foundation first is so important. In this video, I’m demonstrating a gentle position that can help: ✅ Reduce pelvic rotation and tilt ✅ Improve hip and pelvic alignment ✅ Encourage a more neutral spine ✅ Take tension off the upper body Consistency is key. Small daily corrections can create big changes over time. Special thanks to @Anatomy of Motion spiration and educational breakdown. 🙌 #posturecorrection #pelvisalignment #hipalignment #forwardheadposture #roundedshoulders
