I don't understand why they're not forced to have their own water reservoir that they recycle the water through in a cooldown process to be reused and they're not doing that

They also get plans for systems that don’t use water and then submit those plans and change it mid build to systems that do use water

If they used other oils or chemicals to cool the systems, people would complain about where they would dispose of those too. there is no better way to cool things. the best way to cool them is to not have them. That's like saying the way to save the earth is to have cleaner emissions. no the way to save it is to stop using what's killing it. look at vaping, thought I'd was cleaner than cigarettes, it may not tar off your lungs the same, but it comes with its own problems. it'd be best to just breath air like we were meant to. js
