Now they'll either do it or they won't. And if they do, the process moves forward, and if they don't, the president will have some decisions to make." President Trump and Vice President JD Vance said Iranian negotiators agreed during the first round of talks in Switzerland to invite inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency to some of their nuclear sites. The Iranian Foreign Ministry, however, said the country had made "no new commitments" regarding nuclear inspections. Secretary Rubio also said that neither Iran nor any other country would be allowed to charge tolls for shipping using the vital Strait of Hormuz. "That's the law. It's an international waterway. No country is allowed to charge tolls or fees on an international waterway. That's existing international law," he said.
