Could you potentially wear skins under PE kit so it's a bit less warm? If anyone asks you could say you have eczema that flares up in heat or sensory issues or you sunburn ridiculously easily.

I used to be so insecure about wearing shirtsleeves in summer, and would rather boil instead of people seeing me. But this year I started wearing short-sleeves and you’ll be surprised at the amount of people who just don’t say anything, and don’t question. If I could give my younger self any advice it would not to worry about what others will say or think. It’s really scary the first couple of times you do it, and if anyone does ask don’t feel obligated to tell them I say I was attacked by a dinosaur and that shuts people up really quickly. I’ll never tell you what to do, but I will tell you don’t let your past define your future. What’s done is done and it can’t be undone don’t let it dictate your life or what you want to wear.. sending lots of positive vibes your way.

Hey girlie, you can get cooling sleeves that look like those gym compression shirts. I use them because I have an allergy to the sun lol. They’re really cold and people wouldn’t think twice. They come in white or blue to match your uniform!

I’m sorry, I feel your pain. Please try and keep yourself cool in as many ways as possible. I used to use cooling sprays and those instant ice packs. Most of all I hope you’ve had some help or support

for my arms I bought arm sleeves that went from elbow to hand, theyr not practical for heat but i find they work best for me <3
