Hey Rachel you talk about several ways the fearful avoidant handles no-contact but how many simply move onto another relationship so they're not faced with having to confront the shame or having to put in the work needed to save a relationship? It's easier to move on which tseriously hurts their partner & causes more shame for FA

My ex left because she was having massive guilt of hiding the relationship from her parents and it caught up to her I am almost two months of no contact like I really don’t want her back I just hope she knew how good i was to her idc if she comes back or not but that’s what I really want her to know

This is very helpful, going through a weird stage where we aren’t broken up but I barely see her. She had a severe activation after moving in together. I’ve since moved out but I was there for about 5 months until I was able to find a place. I think all those months stacked fries her nervous system and mine. We just can’t seem to get over it, every time we start to recover something happens and each deactivation gets worse.

I closed the door after he said he’s been dating someone for 3 months which is how long we’ve been broken up for because he’s been in contact with me the whole time. A week later he calls me after I closed the door and goes.. I don’t want to tell you that maybe in the future cause you’d wait when I haven’t been waiting at all.. he slammed that door open and put a door stopper basically… while being in something else

Will this be the same for DA, especially if you were constantly arguing for the last year of your relationship? Mine and I were together for over 10 years but he broke up with me 3 months ago, and now I’ve moved out of our house. We’re in no contact now and I believe we’ll get back together based on our history, but the breakup was tough.
