Important omitted facts: 1. This is British. 2. Paul Powlesland created a trust in 2017 which is receiving donations for its work on the river. 3. This river is a flood risk, and some of the trash they removed from the bed of the river has been left within reach of the flood zone (allegedly) meaning that it is now more dangerous than it was before. 4. The uk specifically requires you to get a permit if you are doing work that affects rivers. Now with all of that together, why tf fuck would this decade old trust that only works on this river not know that? What have they been using donations on? Uk government is ineffective ✅ Paul is also ineffective ✅
