It’s definitely one of the pieces to our pumps. Honestly it’s not unusual for things to fall into smoothies. It could’ve easily been just someone moving dishes and it fell into one of the powders, or any other number of reasons. They would definitely remake it or give you a refund if you confronted them.

Smoothie king employee here looks like one of the things we use to make sure our juice bottle pumps don’t go down in storage just looks a little beat up cause of the blender lol sorry that happened (it’s clean though if that helps)

I got a smoothie a few months ago and had walnuts at the bottom of my smoothie. Mind you I previously worked at that location and we never had walnuts? Nor does the smoothie call for them, they weren’t mixed into the smoothie they were WHOLE. I think they did it on purpose because I no called no showed and then quit

I worked at smoothie king… it’s a pump thing that we use for our juices… it probably fell while someone was taking off the pump (cause when the juice gets low the pump doesn’t work so we need to take it out to use the rest of the juice) they probably didn’t check the bottle before dumping the juice into the blender. It just like that cause they probably blending it with the smoothie….

Smoothie king worker here but that’s part of our pumps I don’t know how possible it got there but I would definitely go back there and do a complaint, you can get a full refund sometimes!

That happened to me twice at 2 different locations. I had small plastic pieces as well as a big piece as well. Happened a few years ago and I haven’t been back. Which I’m sad about but I sucked up some of the pieces so I don’t want to chance it again.

it’s a plastic part that goes on our juice pumps, we take the parts of the pump apart to clean them and sometimes we put dishes in our blenders to take them to the sink so it probably got stuck under the blade and no one saw it

I feel like this is really easy to miss in the blender tbh. With frozen fruit it makes a loud sound and the plastic would just blend in. Plus it’s smoothie so it plops into your cup and they likely just didn’t see it.

it’s part of a juice pump. best guess on how it got there is it was in the sink being rinsed out along with a juice bottle and that part got left in there. probably got stuck under the blade.
