You still have to use muriatic acid it goes through a process called electrolysis. Makes chlorine yes but then put carbon into the pool which then higher your PH. Causing the cell to corrode and causes red eyes. Please stop saying you don’t have to use any other chemicals bc of that thing from every pool guy.
