Carnival rides aren’t regulated the same as theme park rides. You’re more likely to get into a car crash than a ride accident at a theme park. /info

I can’t imagine being the parent seeing this unfold right in front of ur eyes and u can’t even help ur kid cuz the ride likely still not over yet so u just watch ur kid like this until its finally coming to a stop

Carnivals are different, they assemble and disassemble sometimes weekly. Theme parks are better.

I have extremely long hair, like I can sit on it. I wear it in a braid tucked into a cap at theme parks and carnivals because I know this is possible.

Fixed location theme parks i will still go on most rides. Traveling carnivals, I might attend, but will no longer ride and haven't done so for a couple decades.

I’ve never been allowed on carnival rides. Theme park rides yes but anything that was put up an hour before is a now. My mum wasn’t risking that

Theme parks and carnivals are 2 VERY different things. I worked at Michigan's Adventure and Cedar Point. I'll ride those rides all day. Won't touch a carnival ride though.
