Building a house is not the issue. But you end up locking your flat for 12 months or so? when you come back, the heap of dust, cobwebs and insects will not even allow you get into the room. You will end up looking for cleaners to pay. And some cleaning may not be thorough, yet you are spending just two weeks. Please do the maths plus the stress and others. That's a difficult life.
