Another thing that bothered me: they kept insisting Scott couldn’t have committed the crime because the neighbors would have seen him carrying Laci out of the house. But then they turn around and accept the theory that the burglars dragged her out of the house in broad daylight without anyone noticing. That doesn’t make sense. Either the neighbors would have seen someone removing her, or they wouldn’t. You can’t argue that Scott couldn’t have done it because he would’ve been seen while also claiming the burglars managed to do the exact same thing unnoticed. You can’t have it both ways.

my theory has always been he drugged her, he put her in the truck at night then suffocated her so no blood. they keep saying in broad daylight he dragged her out, why couldn't it of been at 3 am when every one was sleeping? hes guilty

I know there’s only a few that agree with me, but I truly do not feel they had enough evidence to find him guilty. Yes, he more than likely did it, I just don’t think there was enough to send him to death row

I think they held her and after they where arrested for the burglary they got released and panicked that they have to get rid of her now and they planned to dump her where they heard already everywhere where Scott was that day she went missing fishing and exactly spot so they decided to dump her there so he could be arrested. I think the officers involved even knew this but already over stepped they had to now go all the way and had to commit at that point
