Lymphatic drange is done slowly with gentle movements on completely dry skin . Anything else - is muscle massage nothing to do with lymph 👍

This isn’t a lymphatic drainage! It should be treated with gentle and slow movements .. because the lymphatic vessels are superficial , also you shouldn’t use oil with the MLD !! Simply.. the video shows an ordinary muscle release 🙃

This looks like a lovely venous massage but Lymphatic Drainage is typically done without oil to gain traction on the upper layers of the skin where the superficial lymph system is located and is not that deep.
