Couldn't help myself but post Part 1 of a short video I'm working on, to show that even if somebody is completely unable to float (very rare!!) they can still absolutely swim and be completely safe in deep water (that's coming up in Part 2!) I'm always so disappointed that many beginning adults bravely embark on swimming lessons, but they're only taught front crawl/freestyle, but this narrow focus really doesn't prepare someone for just being safe, comfortable, and relaxed, in deep water. I might need to re-do some of the footage in Part 2 because it didn't come out great... give this a save and follow, and this will really encourage me to get Part 2 out :) DISCLAIMER: Do not replicate this, that would just be silly, and could be very dangerous. I'm only doing it to demonstrate an important swimming and water safety principle. In addition I'm a qualified AIDA4 freediver trained in apnea, and had a lifeguard supervising me at all times. #learntoswim #watersafety #adultswimming #waterconfidence #deepwater #
